The primary objective of the Doyon Associated, LLC (DAL) corporate Health, Safety, Environmental, and Training (HSET) policy is to ensure workforce safety and protection of the environment.  DAL is committed to providing employees with a safe workplace that emphasizes a zero incident culture while meeting customer expectations.

DAL’s HSET management system includes programs and procedures designed to engage all employees in comprehensive orientation and training by qualified safety and environmental professionals.  DAL provides mentoring programs and direct oversight by knowledgeable and experienced supervision.  Employees are provided with the proper resources, training, support, and equipment to perform work tasks in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. 

DAL management endorses an HSET philosophy in which personal responsibility and accountability are emphasized.  DAL is committed to the principles of prompt reporting, positive intervention, and continuous improvement, and recognizes its responsibility to employees and to the environment. 

DAL employs a full-time Corporate HSET Manager to develop and implement HSET programs which incorporate components from a variety of safety program models, and undergo regular evaluation and modification as needed.  DAL management leads by example with active participation in employee meetings and a visible field presence.
